PBM advises one of the co-lead investor of Smeetz Ltd on its + USD 4 millions Series A equity financing round

PBM Attorneys-at-law's partner Hassan Barbir advised one of the co-lead investor of Smeetz Ltd on its + USD 4 millions Series A equity financing round to accelerate the growth of Smeetz. 

This Series A was co-led by Newoak and Privilege Ventures along with the support of DAA Capital Partners and Akiden Ventures and prominent business angels from Swiss ICT Investor Club (SICTIC) and Business Angels Switzerland.

This fundraising will be followed by a second closing in the coming months to which the Zürcher Kantonalbank has already committed itself
