PBM Attorneys-at-law advised a Swiss-based company on the issuance of convertible bonds in the amount of CHF +11 million. The bonds have been incorporated into a certificate deposited with Sega Inter Settle, the Swiss International Central Securities Depository and Clearing House of the SIX, Swiss Exchange.
