PBM has been retained as legal counsel within the scope of conversion of utility vessels into luxurious explorer yachts.

PBM has established to that end a special purpose vehicle, assisted the promoters of the project in finding investors and supervised the taking of a minority stake of the latter in the SPV (Share purchase agreement, loan agreement, escrow agreement, shareholders’ agreement).

PBM also advises the clients in relation to the construction and conversion agreement with a renowned Dutch shipyard.

Moreover, PBM assists the clients in securing funding through mortgages and private debts to insure the long term financial viability of the project.
