Henri Corboz | New Counsel – Head of Regulatory & Compliance Department at PBM Attorneys-at-law

PBM Attorneys-at-law is delighted to announce that Henri Corboz has joined the firm as Counsel from 14 August 2023.

Before joining PBM, Henri Corboz was the head of AOOS, a supervisory body overseeing wealth managers and trustees located in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. Prior to that, he was in charge of regulatory reportings AEI/FATCA/QI at CA Indosuez (Switzerland) SA. He also served as a capital markets and trade finance lawyer for the same institution.

He had previously been an attorney-at-law for 8 years in leading business law firms in Geneva, both in advisory and litigation.

Henri Corboz will primarily handle regulatory, compliance, and related litigation matters. His activity also includes litigation before administrative, civil, and criminal courts.
