Pedro Ribeiro | New Partner at PBM Attorneys-at-law

PBM Attorneys-at-law is pleased to announce that Pedro Ribeiro has joined the firm as a partner from July 1st 2021. Pedro Ribeiro will add his expertise to the litigation practice group in our Geneva office  and Lausanne office.

Prior to joining PBM, Pedro Ribeiro was a senior attorney-at-law in a major Swiss law firm.

Pedro Ribeiro is active in the field of litigation in which he has more than 10 years of experience. He advises and represents both individuals and corporations in domestic and international proceedings.

His areas of activity cover all forms of civil and commercial litigation. He thus assists his clients mainly in the fields of employment law matters (including review of contracts, employee handbooks, termination agreements, unilateral and collective dismissals, business transfers and assistance in M&A transactions, structure of severance payments, aspects of international employee transfers, international social security coordination, lease of services, restructuring of remuneration and bonus schemes, work schedule reductions, recording of working time, employer’s liability, due diligence) and contractual disputes (tenancy, real estate and construction disputes).
