PBM advised a UK-based e-money institution on FINMA ruling

PBM Attorneys-at-law successfully advised a London-based authorized electronic money institution, regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), providing issuing, digital banking and acquiring services, to fill a FINMA ruling related to its cross-border services in Switzerland.

The team was led by partner Hassan Barbir with the collaboration of associate Duy-Lam Nguyên*.
